Flash Junior Competitive Basketball
Flash Junior Competitive is a division for boys 1st - 2nd grade and girls 2nd grade through 5th grade that want more than a recreational program and volunteer coaching. The program is designed to help players develop great fundamentals, especially for shooting, with lowered hoops to maintain form.

Approximately 4 of the weekends have multiple intra-club 3on3 games to get volume of repetition in game like settings

Hoops are set at 8.5 to 9' with a 28.5" ball
