Spring/Summer Basketball Program Offerings

High School Competitive Teams (Boys and Girls currently in 8th-12th)

This program is for high school boys and girls (8th-12th) who want to try out and participate in our Spring/Summer Season.  

​

• Season Dates: 3/30-7/26 (June: off period)

• Tryouts:  Boys: Tuesday, 3/10 OR Tuesday, 3/17 5:00-6:30PM West Hills Christian School (alternative evaluation available)

• Tryouts: Girls: Tuesday, 3/10 OR Tuesday, 3/17 6:30-8:00PM West Hills Christian School (alternative evaluation available) 

• 3-4 practices/skills sessions/athletic trainings per week

• Local/Regional Tournaments (3-4Xmonth)

• Next Play 3v3 Series (1x/month)

• Cost: $1450 

• Uniforms: $50 to rent, $125 to purchase

New to 2026: High School Boys Circuit Teams (Boys 15-17U)

Participation in these elite level teams will be by invitation after general high school tryouts listed above.

• NXT Wave Super24 High Academic Circuit (Boys 15U, Boys 16U, Boys 17U)

• Season Dates: 3/30-7/26 (June: off period)

• JUCO/NAIA/D2/D3 Exposure Focus

• Personalized development mentorship

• 3.0 GPA Recommended requirement

• 3-4 practices/skills sessions/athletic trainings per week

• Tournaments (3-4X month)

• Higher commitment level

• Travel required

• Tryouts:  Tuesday, 3/10 OR Tuesday, 3/17 5:00-6:30PM West Hills Christian School (alternative evaluation available)

• Cost: $1700

• Uniforms: $50 to rent, $125 to purchase

NEW PROGRAM: Junior Flash Teams (Boys currently in 2/3rd and Girls currently in 3/4th Grade). 

This program serves as introduction to competitive basketball.  It is designed with emphasis on foundational skill development, joy of the game, and meaningful competition.  While tryouts are required, there will be very few cuts to allow players of all skill levels to participate.

• Season Dates: 3/30-7/19 

• Tryouts:  Tuesday, 2/24 5:00-6:30PM West Hills Christian School (alternative evaluation available due to conflicts)

• No cut program 

• 2 practices/skills sessions per week

• Competition weekends (internal Next Play Series or tournaments): 1-2X/month

• Cost: $750

• Uniforms: $50 to rent, $125 to purchase

​Youth Competitive Teams (Boys and Girls currently in 4th-7th) 

This program is for boys and girls (5th-8th) who want to try out and participate in our Spring/Summer Season.

• Season Dates: 3/30-7/19 

• Tryouts:  Tuesday, 2/24 5:00-6:30PM West Hills Christian School (alternative evaluation available due to conflicts)

• 2 practices/skills sessions per week

• Local/Regional Tournaments (1-2X/month)

• Next Play 3v3 Series (1x/month)

• Cost: $1200

• Uniforms: $50 to rent, $125 to purchase
